Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100
- Flat rate shipping: $9.90 AUD on orders under $100
- All orders are packed with care and shipped from Australia
- We ship exclusively with Australia Post
- Shipping labels may be created prior to lodgement; tracking will activate once scanned by Australia Post
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect orders placed by the customer.
This applies to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
- Sale items (all sale items are final sale)
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will only issue a refund or replacement if an item is confirmed to be faulty.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo evidence clearly showing the fault must be provided
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Store Credit
In limited cases, and at our discretion, a store credit may be issued in place of a refund.
Store credits:
- Have no expiry
- Can be used across our entire store
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Additional Information
- Lash Vault is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once an order has been lodged
- We are not liable for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
