    Tweezers issue

    Everything was really really good except the tweezers didn't close properly so it would rip the lashes when trying to take them off the package, I found pulling them off with my fingers and placing them in the tweezers worked fine tho!

    Just a little tip for next time 💕 we actually recommend gently loosening the clusters from the tray first (using your fingers) before picking them up with the applicator. This helps prevent any tension on the lash band and keeps them in perfect shape.
